Where is my order?
Orders dispatch within 1–2 working days and most cities receive them in 2–4 working days. Message us with your order number and we'll check the courier status for you.
How does cash on delivery work?
Order without paying. You pay the courier when it arrives.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Email within 30 days of delivery and we refund in full. You keep the products.
Can I change my address or cancel?
Yes, as long as the order hasn't been dispatched. Message us as soon as you can with the order number.
